Cancellation And Rescheduling

If a customer has to reschedule his booking there is minimum 10% of total tour package amount. Depending on availability and extra costs the rescheduling charge may be higher. Also, GB Travels have full right to take a decision on rescheduling. Rescheduling 7 days before the start date is not termed and is put as cancellation.
Only 50% amount is disbursed if our customer cancels after receiving a booking confirmation email or message from us.

Refunds

A user is only allowed for refunds after review from our team. Refunds are available for poor quality of stay, poor quality of food. Any delays in services due to traffic or Over hoarding are not refunded. We do not refund full amount the amount is calculated and reviewed by us to be disbursed.
